Fire Damper

The main structure of the fire damper, including the valve body and blades, is formed using cold pressing technology. The valve frame is formed by punching, cold pressing, flanging, and bending galvanized steel sheets.

Fire-resistant and smoke-exhaust valves include: fire dampers, smoke exhaust fire dampers, and smoke exhaust valves. Fire dampers are installed on the supply and return air ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems. They are normally open, but close when the smoke temperature inside the duct reaches 70°C during a fire. They must meet the requirements for smoke leakage and fire resistance integrity for a certain period of time, thus serving as a smoke and fire barrier. Smoke exhaust fire dampers are installed on the ducts of mechanical smoke exhaust systems. They are normally open, but close when the smoke temperature inside the duct reaches 280°C during a fire. They must meet the requirements for smoke leakage and fire resistance integrity for a certain period of time, thus serving as a smoke and fire barrier. Smoke exhaust valves are installed on the ducts of mechanical smoke exhaust systems. They are normally closed, but open during a fire to exhaust high-temperature smoke from the duct.

Fire-resistant smoke exhaust valves mainly consist of components such as valve body, blades, actuator, and temperature sensor. The valve body comprises a shell, flange, blades, and blade linkage mechanism. The actuator comprises a housing, blade adjusting mechanism, clutch, and temperature fuse.
