A laminar flow pass-through window is an auxiliary device for cleanrooms, primarily utilized to transfer small items between clean and non-clean zones, or between cleanrooms of different cleanliness classes and pressure differentials. On one hand, it functions as an airlock, preventing the loss of positive pressure within higher-grade cleanrooms; on the other, it achieves a self-purification effect during the transfer process. This ensures the intrinsic cleanliness of items entering the clean zone and minimizes cross-contamination introduced by objects. The air-shower duration can be freely adjusted via a manual switch, thereby maximizing both self-purification efficiency and energy conservation.

1. The internal cleanliness of the laminar flow pass-through window must meet Grade A standards to ensure the cleanliness of transferred items.
2. It features a double-layer inner and outer shell design to enhance structural strength. The interior corners are rounded to ensure seamless connections and prevent air leakage.
3. Utilizing a laminar flow design, the airflow follows a top-supply, bottom-return pattern; the bottom surface is constructed from perforated cold-rolled 304 stainless steel sheet and reinforced with stiffeners.
4. The primary filter is rated at Grade G4, effectively filtering out large particulate matter. The HEPA filter is rated at Grade H14, ensuring that air cleanliness meets Grade A standards.
5. The airflow velocity downstream of the HEPA filter must be controlled within the range of 0.36 to 0.54 m/s. Measurement points are located 150 mm below the HEPA filter’s airflow diffuser plate.
6. It displays the differential pressure across the filters; the measurement range for the HEPA filter is 0–500 Pa, with an accuracy requirement of ±5 Pa, ensuring stable and reliable filter performance.
7. Control Functions: Includes a fan start/stop button, a built-in electronic door interlock system, and a UV germicidal lamp equipped with a dedicated on/off switch.
8. An access panel is located at the lower section of the pass-through window to facilitate the maintenance and servicing of the fan unit.
9. During normal operation, the noise level of the pass-through window must not exceed 65 dB, ensuring a quiet and comfortable working environment.
10. The airflow diffuser plate is constructed from 304 stainless steel mesh, ensuring uniform air distribution and enhancing purification efficiency.
