1. Casing Structure:Features a robust assembly design comprising a sturdy frame and casing panels. The frame is formed in a single continuous process using a cold-bending metal forming unit, ensuring precise dimensions and high structural strength. The outer layer consists of high-quality powder-coated steel plates, while the inner layer utilizes perforated galvanized steel panels for sound absorption; the cavity between these layers is filled with eco-friendly materials that are flame-retardant, heat-resistant, and provide both sound attenuation and thermal insulation. The overall structure is compact and supports both floor-standing and suspended installation configurations. The direction of the air inlet and outlet is adjustable, facilitating easy disassembly, transport, installation, and maintenance, while delivering significant noise reduction performance.

Impeller and Air Duct: The impeller is manufactured using precision tooling, characterized by high efficiency, low noise levels, high airflow volume, smooth operation, consistent quality, and exceptional durability. Based on the blade angle configuration, the units are categorized into Forward-Curved Centrifugal Fan Boxes and Backward-Curved Centrifugal Fan Boxes.
3. Motor and Configuration Types: Equipped with high-quality motors that ensure reliable performance. The motor can be installed either externally (outside the casing) or internally (inside the casing).
4. Intelligent Dual-Mode Operation: The product series is classified into four types: I, II, III, and IV. Types I and III feature single-speed fans, while Types II and IV feature dual-speed fans. The dual-speed models allow for seamless switching between high-speed smoke extraction and low-speed general ventilation, effectively serving a dual purpose within a single unit—thereby saving on equipment investment costs and installation space.
